1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS We currently ship to addresses within Ghana. If you are located outside Ghana and would like to place an order, please contact us at [your email address] to discuss international shipping options.

2. PROCESSING TIME Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

3. SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIME We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or courier service disruptions.

4. SHIPPING COSTS Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, shipping method selected, and delivery location. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Terms and conditions will be specified during the promotional period.

6. DELIVERY ISSUES

Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at an additional cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, and time. We encourage customers to track their packages and arrange for secure delivery locations.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address] with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund.

7. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address information, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

8. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES For international orders (if applicable), customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

9. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS Once an order has been placed, we begin processing immediately.
